Tulsi Gabbard EXPOSES Kamala Harris and CNN for Attacking Trump’s Patriotic Arlington Visit!

Former Democratic congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard didn’t hold back when she appeared on CNN this weekend, taking the network to task for spreading falsehoods about former President Donald Trump’s recent visit to Arlington National Cemetery. The media has been buzzing with claims that Trump was politicizing sacred ground, but Gabbard was quick to set the record straight.

Gabbard, who famously challenged Kamala Harris during the 2020 presidential race before ultimately leaving the Democratic Party, called out CNN’s Dana Bash for pushing a misleading narrative. During Trump’s August 26th visit to Arlington with Gold Star Families, a minor altercation occurred between a groundskeeper and a member of Trump’s staff, who was filming the wreath-laying ceremony. This incident led to a wave of media reports accusing Trump of staging a political photo op. Gabbard, however, confirmed that Trump’s visit was fully approved by Arlington officials, including the permission to film.

“I checked with the campaign on this, and they had clear communication with Arlington Cemetery officials. They were given the green light to document this significant day,” Gabbard said during her appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union.” She also pointed out that while Trump was honoring fallen service members, Vice President Kamala Harris had made no effort to reach out to the families of the 13 American soldiers killed during the chaotic Afghanistan withdrawal.

Gabbard didn’t mince words when she criticized Harris’s recent statements claiming support for the military and veterans. “It’s offensive to the families of those 13 service members who lost their lives, especially when Harris hasn’t even bothered to reach out to them,” Gabbard stated. She emphasized that Trump’s visit was meant to honor the memory of those brave soldiers, contrasting it with the lack of action from Biden and Harris.

As a veteran herself, Gabbard highlighted the significance of Trump’s tribute at Arlington. “As a soldier, and someone who has been deployed to war zones, I know the importance of honoring our fallen heroes. It’s disgraceful that the media focused more on a minor incident than on the anniversary of these families’ profound loss,” she said.

Steven Cheung, a spokesman for the Trump campaign, backed up Gabbard’s claims, stating that the campaign had every right to film the ceremony. “We have the footage and are prepared to release it if these defamatory claims persist. The truth is, President Trump was there to honor our fallen heroes, and any suggestion otherwise is a baseless attack,” Cheung said.

In the end, Gabbard made it clear that the real scandal is not Trump’s visit, but the media’s refusal to properly honor the sacrifices of the Gold Star Families.
