BREAKING: RFK Jr. Scores Big Wins in Fight to Help Trump, DNC in Panic!

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. just scored two major victories in court as he pushes to remove his name from state ballots, creating a shakeup in the 2024 election and causing chaos for Democrats. On Friday, Kennedy won appeals in North Carolina and Michigan, delaying the distribution of absentee ballots and sending the Democratic National Committee (DNC) scrambling.

In North Carolina, the appeals court ruled to remove Kennedy’s name from the ballot, meaning counties must reprint ballots that were set to go out. This decision overturned a previous ruling and will delay the mailing of absentee ballots that were supposed to start Friday. While the DNC could try to fight the decision, this ruling is a major blow to their plans.

Michigan also saw a huge win for Kennedy, as an appeals court there ruled to remove his name from the ballot, rejecting the argument from Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson that it was too late to make changes. Benson is now appealing the decision, worried about the timing as military and overseas ballots need to be mailed soon.

So why is the DNC trying so hard to keep RFK Jr. on the ballot even after he dropped out of the race? It’s because polls suggest his name could siphon votes away from President Trump, which would hurt the Republican nominee. Kennedy, who endorsed Trump after ending his own presidential run, has been fighting to have his name taken off the ballots to avoid spoiling the election in favor of Democrats.

“We’re trying to get off the ballot in all the states where I might be a spoiler and cause harm to President Trump,” RFK Jr. told Fox News last week. “The irony right now is that the DNC which has been trying to keep me off the ballot is now suing to keep me on the ballot.”

He didn’t hold back on calling out the DNC’s shady tactics: “I think the DNC is doing something that is essentially and fundamentally undemocratic,” he continued. “I grew up in a Democratic Party, which was the party of Robert Kennedy and John Kennedy; I was trying to make sure every American had the right to vote for whoever they wanted to vote for.”

In an effort to sway voters to Trump’s side, a former RFK Jr. staffer has even started a pro-Trump PAC called “Make America Healthy Again.” At a rally endorsing Trump in Arizona, Kennedy laid out why he’s now standing with the former president: “President Trump has shown that he can stand up to the corporate interests that have poisoned our environment and compromised our health.”

Kennedy praised Trump as the leader America needs to “take on the establishment” and “put America back on the path to health and freedom.” He didn’t mince words, declaring, “Trump is the only candidate who can break the stranglehold that corporate elites have on our government.”

With these court wins under his belt, RFK Jr.’s fight to support Trump is only heating up, and the DNC’s panic is showing. As the legal battles rage on, one thing is clear: this election just got a lot more interesting.
