CNN Analyst Warns Kamala Harris – One Crucial State Could Cost Her Big Time!
CNN’s election expert Harry Enten has just delivered some tough news for Kamala Harris as the 2024 presidential race heats up. In a recent segment, Enten sounded the alarm on Harris’ shrinking lead over Donald Trump, with one critical state potentially sealing her fate.
During an interview with CNN’s John Berman, Enten was asked to break down the latest numbers from a New York Times/Sienna poll, which shows Trump pulling ahead by a single point.
Enten’s analysis was clear: Harris’ lead has all but evaporated since the Democratic National Convention, and she’s now facing a much tighter race than her team may have anticipated.
One state, in particular, is shaping up to be the deciding factor — Pennsylvania.

Enten explained it simply: “If we take Pennsylvania out of Harris’ column and give it to Trump, he wins the Electoral College with 287 votes, while Harris is left with only 251.” That’s a significant win for Trump — and a devastating loss for Harris.

But that’s not the only trouble Harris is facing. Many Democrats are now questioning her choice of running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. Insiders within the Democratic Party have voiced their concerns that Harris may have made a serious mistake by not picking Pennsylvania’s popular governor, Josh Shapiro.
Enten pointed out that Shapiro, who currently enjoys a 59% approval rating in Pennsylvania, could have bolstered Harris’ chances of winning the state.
“There are going to be some real questions if Harris loses Pennsylvania, especially since many thought she should have chosen Shapiro as her running mate,” he remarked.
Walz, meanwhile, has faced his share of controversies. The Trump-Vance campaign has relentlessly attacked him for accusations of “stolen valor” regarding his military service, and other issues have continued to haunt him since he joined Harris on the ticket.
As the race tightens, Pennsylvania is quickly becoming the state to watch. The stakes couldn’t be higher for Harris, with her political future potentially hinging on whether she can secure this crucial battleground.
