Conservatives Take Bold Stand to STOP Obama’s Court Takeover—2024 Election Battle Begins!

Conservatives are gearing up to take on Barack Obama’s allies in a crucial battle for the future of America’s state Supreme Courts. The Republican State Leadership Committee PAC is stepping up to support conservative judges in key states this fall, pouring serious cash into the effort.

The stakes couldn’t be higher. Obama’s former Attorney General, Eric Holder, has been using state courts to redraw congressional districts in red states, giving Democrats a better shot at winning. But the RSLC’s Judicial Fairness Initiative (JFI) isn’t about to let that happen without a fight.

The JFI just announced its 2024 target races, and they’re ready to spend big to make sure conservative judges keep their seats. Arizona, Michigan, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas are all in their sights.

“We’re in a fight to protect our courts from being overrun by liberals who want to push their radical agendas from the bench,” said RSLC President Dee Duncan. “Redistricting battles aren’t just happening every ten years anymore—they’re an ongoing struggle. That’s why we need to make sure constitutional conservatives win this year and keep our courts from being hijacked by Obama and Holder’s cronies.”

State Supreme Courts are more important than ever, especially in places like Wisconsin, where court decisions could have a huge impact on the 2024 election. Just look at what happened there: in a 4-3 decision, the court allowed ballot drop boxes for the 2024 election—a move that could tip the scales in future races. This flip-flop came after Democrat operatives poured money into getting a liberal justice elected, shifting the court’s balance.

Justice Ann Walsh Bradley, part of the court’s liberal majority, argued that the state Constitution doesn’t specifically ban drop boxes, giving clerks the discretion to use them. But conservative Justice Rebecca Bradley fired back, accusing the majority of abandoning the rule of law to push their political agenda.

“The majority is twisting the law to suit their own ends,” she said. “They’re undoing years of conservative victories in the courts and setting the stage for more left-wing power grabs.”

As the battle for America’s courts heats up, conservatives are ready to defend their ground and push back against the liberal agenda. The 2024 elections could be a turning point, and the RSLC’s Judicial Fairness Initiative is leading the charge to make sure conservative judges stay on the bench.
