Tom Cotton BLASTS Kamala Harris for “Twisting” Gold Star Memorial: Calls Out Her Disrespectful No-Show!

Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) fired back at Vice President Kamala Harris after she shamelessly accused him of orchestrating a “political stunt” by honoring the 13 brave service members who tragically lost their lives during the chaotic Afghanistan withdrawal in 2021.

In an audacious move, Harris claimed that Cotton “disrespected sacred ground” by laying a wreath to honor those fallen heroes at Arlington National Cemetery, a gesture made at the request of the Gold Star families themselves. But her accusations didn’t stop there. She falsely alleged that the president got into an “altercation” with cemetery staff—a claim that has been thoroughly debunked.

To make matters worse, Harris repeated the long-disproven “suckers and losers” hoax in a clear attempt to smear Trump further. “This is a man who is unable to comprehend anything other than service to himself,” she wrote, twisting the solemn event into a political attack.

But the Gold Star families weren’t having it. They quickly released statements defending Trump, confirming that he was invited to honor their loved ones. “President Trump was invited by us, the Gold Star families, to attend the solemn ceremonies commemorating the three-year anniversary of our children’s deaths,” they declared in a joint statement. “He was there to honor their sacrifice, yet Vice President Harris has disgracefully twisted this sacred moment into a political ploy.”

Senator Cotton didn’t hold back either, pointing out Harris’s glaring absence. While Trump honored the fallen, Harris and President Biden were nowhere to be seen, despite being invited. “Joe Biden was sitting at a beach. Kamala Harris was sitting at her mansion in Washington, D.C.,” Cotton stated, highlighting their lack of respect for the occasion.

Harris was in the D.C. area and could have easily paid her respects at Arlington, but chose not to. Cotton made it clear that the families wanted Trump there, and they were disgusted by Harris’s attempt to politicize their grief.
